Trinity First Realty Services is an independently owned and operated Corporation conveniently located in Jonesboro, Georgia which practices real estate based on the Christian principles of Jesus Christ.

Trinity First Realty Services is a member based Corporation designed to increase the earnings of Real Estate Licensees by allowing the agents to receive 100% of their earned commissions. The Annual Membership Fee is $699 per member, which includes GAMLS fees, is collected when the licensee becomes a member and is renewed at the anniversary date. Members receive 100% of selling bonuses paid.
For Residential Sales with a sales price less than 1 Million dollars, members pay $299.00 per transaction side, plus any FMLS or referral fees incurred. When the residential sales price is more than one million dollars, members pay a 95/5 split per transaction side.

For commercial or land sales, members pay a commission split of 95/5 or $299.00 per transaction side (whichever is greater plus any FMLS or referral fees incurred).

Trinity First Realty Services presents a virtual office environment. Licensed agents have complete freedom over their businesses. No office to drive to. Members access to company forms, broker support and answers to most general questions and concerns online at no additional cost to the member. No unnecessary office meetings. Email is our primary source of communication. We are always there to assist our members.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES...

Members are responsible for conducting themselves in an ethical, professional, and lawful manner at all times during association with Trinity First Realty Services.

Members are also responsible for their own “cost of doing business” fees such as, but not limited to marketing signs, flyers, billboards, business cards, copies, ink cartridges, lockboxes & keys, auto insurance, continuing education classes, REALTOR® dues, REALTISTS Dues (if applicable), income taxes, healthcare, travel expenses, FMLS per transaction fee, cell, office & fax lines.
